- Added support functions for the Large Objects API
- Fixed all cases of JS_GetStringBytes() and JS_NewDouble...() functions
  which required error checking
- Fixed all cases where INT_TO_JSVAL() macros had functions called into
  them, leading to possible macro side-effects
